Cathy is a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and the Executive Director of Mindful Solutions, LLC. She received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University where she obtained comprehensive clinical training at The Family Institute's Bette D. Harris Family and Child Clinic as well as in the Community Program working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. She is a National Clinical Fellow member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
Cathy provides a nonjudgmental and safe therapeutic environment for her clients and she values client-therapist alliance above anything else. Cathy has a direct yet empathetic therapy style, collaborating with her clients to help them reach their goals and believes her clients are the experts of their own lives.
Cathy received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and in Psychology at Hope College. She received her supervision training and certificate from the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
Cathy accepts only self-pay clients and can provide Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
