My name is Shana Trimble, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and Certified Sex Therapist.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate communication challenges, emotional disconnection, and intimacy concerns. My work focuses on strengthening the relationship you have with yourself and others, recognizing that meaningful change happens within the systems we live and love in.
I provide therapy to individuals (13+), couples, and families using an integrative approach that blends Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and psychoeducation. Each session is tailored to support clarity, connection, and sustainable growth.
I am the founder of N’Perfect Balance, Inc., and am licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, with telehealth services available in Florida.
I am also the creator of “Before You Do,” a premarital counseling program designed to help couples build strong, intentional foundations.
My goal is to create a space that is both professional and human—where you feel supported, understood, and empowered.
